As a passionate chef, Christian Jurczyk personally ensured the culinary satisfaction of his restaurant guests, even well beyond his retirement age. With tremendous passion, he crafted the finest fish delicacies, prepared classic dishes and delighted diners with exotic creations.

This same passion is now carried forward by our chef, Christian Loggia, and his team. He astounds with his creativity and versatility. A glance at our menu is highly recommended. You'll not only find Saluver classics but also unique creations catering to every palate.


Our 2-course lunch menu is especially beloved by both locals and visitors alike. Where else can you enjoy a meal featuring dishes such as barley soup followed by a rump steak in herb butter with vegetables and homemade spaetzli – all starting at just 20 francs.

Guild Restaurant

Our 4-course Guild menu has received recognition from the Association of Established Swiss Restaurateurs. Only one percent of Swiss restaurants qualify as Guild restaurants. We take immense pride in being part of this select culinary circle.

The Golden Fish

Our fish dishes, primarily sourced from local and sustainable fishing, as well as our seafood selection are exceptionally fresh. They are crowned by impeccable presentation and perfectly paired wines. These have all earned acclaim from fish culinary experts, seafood enthusiasts, and professional fishermen of the Confraternity of the Golden Fish ('Tafelgesellschaft zum Goldenen Fisch').

For years – always a delight at Saluver

A must for every gourmet, consistently well cared for by 'hutkeeper' Christian. Observant and attentive staff, lovely rooms – all around a comfortable experience. Sauna, underground parking and some rooms with spacious balconies. Close to the cross-country ski slope, 10 minutes to the train station, located at the exit of the village.
