How to Find Us

Hotel Saluver is located at the outskirts of Celerina in the Engadine. You can reach us by car, the Rhaetian Railway (RhB), or even by plane.

Train

The journey on the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Chur to the Engadine is particularly fascinating due to its unique viaducts and switchback tunnels.

By the way, since July 2008, the Albula and Bernina railway lines of the Rhaetian Railway have been part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

Plane

Samedan Engadin Airport is the highest-altitude airport in Europe, situated at 1,707 meters above sea level. It can be accessed year-round by private jet or air taxi.

There are good connections to national and international airports such as Zurich, Basel, and Geneva.

A transfer from Samedan Airport to Hotel Saluver is available free of charge upon prior arrangement.

Car

You can reach Celerina by car via the Alpine passes or by car transport through the Vereina Tunnel. Whether you're coming from Switzerland, Italy, Germany, or Austria, the Engadine is easily accessible from all directions:

Zurich - Celerina: 200 km, 3 hours
Milan - Celerina: 175 km, 3 hours
Munich - Celerina: 300 km, 4 hours
Basel - Celerina: 250 km, 4 hours

Before your journey to the Engadine, check the current road conditions. In cases of heavy snowfall, passage over the Alpine passes is only allowed with 4x4 vehicles or snow chains. Alternatively, it's recommended to use the car transport through the Vereina Tunnel.

E-Station

Hotel Saluver in Celerina provides a charging station for electric cars. This way, you can explore the Engadine by car without harming the environment.

Biker Beds

Hotel Saluver is also a favorite among motorcyclists. With the 'Biker Bed' offer, motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy special rates and a complimentary garage space.

As you head towards Samedan from the village centre, the hotel is located at the village's exit and is easily recognizable by the three flags on the roof.
