Early on, the Jurczyk family expressed their desire for their own business. Their dream was fulfilled in 1986 where they opened Hotel Saluver in Celerina, which was built in six months and 18 days.
Christian Jurczyk, a dedicated owner and passionate chef, ran the 3-star hotel together with his 11 employees until well beyond his retirement age. He himself ensured the culinary well-being of his guests with exquisite and varied cuisine making our restaurant one of the most popular in Celerina and the surrounding area.
After 35 years, he is now passing the reins to his daughter, Angelika, who is continuing the family business into its second generation.
